CB Global Project is a combined dream of Mr Yogendra and Sunil Chordia as well as Mr. Kiran Bhandari and Mr Nilamkumar Bhandari.( USA – India )

All the four have joined hands to provide IT & ITES Companies the Best in class Infrastructure facilities for their operations in SEZ with at home environment.

CB Global strongly believes that their best in class infrastructural support will help the IT & ITES companies in improving their Efficiency and Effectiveness of working and providing best in class solutions to their clients.

Thus CB Global has been formed together by Chordiya and Bhandari brothers keeping in mind the ” WIN- WIN ” model for everyone who becomes a part of the CB Global Family.

CB Global is aspiring to be a premier boutique global infrastructure company to serve the needs of global large corporations by leasing out the world class IT and ITES related office spaces.

CB Global is promoted by Mr. Yogendra Chordia along with other 4 distinguished promoters cum directors.

With his vast industrial experience, Mr. Yogendra could also anticipate the perils and expenditures that the IT industries would face while setting up their own office infrastructure. CB Global is a result of that astute vision.

As a first step to realize this goal, we have acquired a commercial interest in SEZ IT Park at RGIT, Hinjewadi Phase III. We will be using multi thronged approach to execute on this vision:

For established clients, we will offer space by the entire floor, with typical lease period of three years.
Space for such clients will be offered as either ‘cold shell’ (only basic space, all interior and facilities are arranged by the client) or ‘warm shell’ (fully furnished with all amenities).

Start-up companies that need a variable amount of office space

For entrepreneur and start-up companies, we will offer several types of fully equipped, ‘Incubation Centers, offering them rich facilities to quickly develop ideas and processes.’
